Survey instruments, explained properly
Survey instruments measure position, height, distance and shape so land and structures can be recorded accurately. The main families are total stations and theodolites for angles and distances, GNSS/DGPS receivers for coordinates, levels for height, LiDAR scanners and drones for 3D capture, and echo sounders for water depth.
One page per instrument: what it is, what it measures, how accurate it typically is, what it costs to run, and how Axisline supplies, calibrates, services and trains on it across Kerala.
